P90X Extreme Home Fitness Workout Program - 13 DVDs, Nutrition Guide, Exercise Planner
I always really wanted to do a simple exercise regimen from home and I found a perfect program that suite my needs perfectly. P90X Extreme Home Fitness Workout Program – Nutrition Guide, 13 DVDs, Exercise Planner is a challenger not recommend for beginners and in my case I had been working out at the gym for several years.
Some of the individual DVDs shipped in with this program are meant to be used for many years to come these mainly include Yoga X, Plyo, Legs/Back and X-stretch respectively. With other great workouts available to choose from but in order to avoid getting tired of the same workout routine, it will be wise to shuffle in and out of these workouts. This is only appropriate to do after the ninety-day program that they have already prepared for the end user (very thoughtful because it gives you the necessary guidelines on how to use the program effectively). The other important part is nutrition, eating well is necessary for you to obtain positive results, actually it is eighty percent nutrition and twenty percent exercise (this is true because most people believe in depriving the body of the regular intake of nutrition trying to obtain good results).
Two bonus workouts are included with P90X, which are from P90 Master Series these are UML and Cardio Intervals. Between the two, Cardio Intervals workouts are more of a challenge than the Cardio X workout. That is part of the P90X system, but either of the two is as demanding as the Ploy X workout. These are actually good because I can swap amongst the three and choose whether today I want to do an intense, moderate or simple workout.

The other workout included with the P90X is the Kenpo X, which is a very simple exercise meant for cardio but needs a little manual modification to get the full effect. The manual modification is possible by adding weights on the gloves and ankle weights if necessary. Finally, Plyo X the best workout on the P90X and is best suited for individuals who have knee, feet or shin problems. A modification of the workout is available which will accommodate these problems. This is the toughest workout on the P90X and only by trying it out yourself; you will get to see what I mean.
